Origins

La Ferme de Blanc, currently owned by the Isnard family, has its origin in the 14th and 15th centuries. Marie and François acquired the farm after it had been abandoned for 30 years and began restorations in 1989.

Over the next decade, they restored the buildings' roofs, foundation, and infrastructure using chestnut trees, sand, and stones from the surrounding forest. The farm now offers a separate inn that can host up to seven guests.
